Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RA number.
2. Write your RA number on the outside of the package and send it too the address on the RA.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are missing parts.
Merchandise that shows signs of being used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Special order of over 100 units may only be exchanged not returned once order is placed.
All custom items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your product is in new condition you can exchange it within 60 days for another item. You will be responsible for paying any difference in price, and no refund will be given for items of less value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
