All Padholder Products are proudly sourced, assembled and with some components, manufactured at our Bonney Lake, Washington and Largo, Florida production facilities. We ensure total quality control, short lead times, and reliable American craftsmanship.

We offer a wide selection of standard colors to complement most environments and applications. If you’re looking for something more specialized, our team will gladly work with our supplier network to find the closest possible match to your desired color.

We value our partnerships and understand that project requirements can evolve. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization, provided they are unused and in original condition. Because many of our enclosures and mounts are built or finished to order, custom or modified items are generally non-returnable. However, if a project change or issue arises, our team will review the circumstances and work closely with you to identify a reasonable and mutually beneficial solution.

Our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee that reflects our commitment to quality and long-term performance. We guarantee our enclosures, mounts, and stands to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation or include the tablet device. If an issue arises, simply contact our team and we’ll evaluate the situation promptly and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution or replacement option.
